1Purpose
This policy explains how Aslot ("we", "us") prevents, detects and responds to fraud, abuse and any attempt to gain an unfair advantage on the platform. It protects honest players, the integrity of our games and the funds we hold. It forms part of our Terms of Service and works together with our AML Policy, KYC Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. By using Aslot you agree to it.
2What we treat as fraud or abuse
- Multiple accounts. Opening or using more than one account per person, household, device, payment method or wallet address, including accounts in another person's name.
- Identity fraud. Using false, stolen or borrowed identity documents or personal details, or letting another person use your account.
- Payment fraud. Using stolen cards, wallets or payment accounts; depositing funds that are not yours; chargebacks, payment reversals or disputes raised after receiving the service.
- Bonus abuse. Claiming bonuses, free spins, freebets, cashback, rakeback, referral or promotional rewards through several accounts, coordinated groups or patterns designed to extract bonus value without real play, such as low-risk or hedged betting, opposite bets, or breaking bonus wagering rules.
- Collusion and chip dumping. Players acting together to influence outcomes, share information, or move value between accounts.
- Bots and automation. Using software, scripts, bots or any automated tool to play, place bets, claim rewards or interact with the site, unless we have expressly allowed it.
- Exploiting errors. Knowingly using a technical fault, game malfunction, wrong price, wrong odds or system error, or failing to report one you notice.
- Prohibited sports betting. Betting on events whose outcome you know or can influence, match fixing, arbitrage between accounts, and bets placed to get around our betting limits.
- Circumventing restrictions. Using VPNs, proxies or false location data to access the service from a restricted country, or to get around a self-exclusion, limit or account closure.
- Money laundering. Depositing and withdrawing with little or no play, or any other attempt to disguise the source of funds, as described in our AML Policy.
- Attacks on the platform. Probing, scanning, hacking or overloading our systems, or attempting to access other accounts.
3How we detect it
We monitor accounts and activity using automated tools and manual review, including:
- device, browser, IP address and location checks, and links between accounts that share them;
- payment method and wallet address checks, including blockchain analysis for crypto transactions;
- betting and gameplay pattern analysis, including bonus usage and wagering behaviour;
- identity verification under our KYC Policy, which we may request at any time;
- information from payment providers, game providers, other operators and law enforcement, where permitted by law.
4What happens when we suspect fraud
When we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or abuse, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
- suspend the account, or restrict deposits, withdrawals, bonuses or gameplay while we review it;
- ask for identity documents, proof of address, proof of ownership of the payment method or wallet, or source of funds information;
- cancel bonuses, free spins, freebets and any winnings derived from them;
- void bets and game rounds affected by the fraud or error, and adjust the balance accordingly;
- close the account and any linked accounts;
- withhold winnings obtained through fraud or abuse, and recover any losses, including chargeback and processing costs;
- report the matter to payment providers, the licensing authority and law enforcement agencies.
Where an account is closed for fraud, we may, at our discretion and in line with our Terms of Service, return remaining deposited funds that are not connected to the fraud, after completing our checks and only to the original payment method or wallet, unless the law or an authority requires otherwise.
5Your responsibilities
- Keep only one account and keep your details accurate and up to date.
- Use only payment methods and wallets that belong to you.
- Keep your login details secure, enable two-factor authentication, and never share your account.
- Tell our support team straight away if you notice a game error, suspicious activity on your account, or another player acting fraudulently.
6Reviews and complaints
Reviews are carried out as quickly as possible, and we respond within 28 days of receiving all requested documents. Not providing requested documents within 30 days may lead to account closure. If you disagree with a decision, contact our support team with your account details and an explanation; a member of the compliance team will review the case. If you remain unsatisfied, you may follow the complaints procedure in our Terms of Service.
7Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept it.
